Métodos de pago

1. Pago con tarjeta VISA, MasterCard, American Express y Belcard utilizando un sistema de procesamiento de pagos en línea “Assist Belarus”. Se te ofrece pagar en línea inmediatamente después de haber realizado un pedido.

2. El sistema “Assist Belarus” acepta tarjetas de servicios de pago internacionales como VISA (todos los tipos), Master Card (incluido Maestro), emitidas por cualquier banco, así como tarjetas Belcard y AmericanExpress, así como tarjetas emitidas por ASB “Belarusbank”.

Si elige pagar con tarjeta, el procesamiento del pago (incluida la entrada de un número de tarjeta) lo lleva a cabo la empresa de pago en línea “Assist Belarus”, LLC utilizando soluciones de hardware y software del sistema de pago en línea “Assist Belarus”, que ha sido certificado internacionalmente.

El sistema que asegura los pagos en línea utiliza un protocolo encriptado TLS para transmitir información privada del cliente al servidor y luego al centro de procesamiento. Significa que la información personal de un pagador (tarjeta y detalles de registro, etc.) no se transfiere a nuestra tienda en línea. Su procesamiento es absolutamente seguro y nadie puede acceder a los datos bancarios y personales del cliente. Además, utilizamos la tecnología 3D-Secure, que es por todos los medios requerida por los sistemas de pago internacionales VISA y MasterCard.

 

Para pagar con tarjeta necesitas

  1. Elejir la opción “pagar con tarjeta en línea”.
  2. Después de presionar el botón “Proceder al pago”, serás redirigido a la página web belassist.by del proveedor de servicios de pago en línea responsable de la seguridad del pago. Luego, el servidor de autorización establece una conexión mediante el protocolo TLS y recibe los detalles de la tarjeta del cliente (número de tarjeta, fecha de vencimiento, nombre del titular de la tarjeta (exactamente como aparece en la tarjeta), CVC2 o CVV2 que puede encontrar en el reverso de su tarjeta). Este método de pago es absolutamente confidencial y seguro.
  3. Tu información personal y los detalles de su tarjeta no se ingresan en nuestro sitio web, sino en la página web autorizada del sistema de pago en línea. El acceso se proporciona a través de un protocolo de seguridad TLS. El sistema también utiliza una tecnología de pagos seguros en línea Verified by Visa y MasterCard SecureCode.

Puedes pagar con tarjetas de todo tipo de sistemas de pago internacionales Visa International, MasterCard y Belcard, American Express, emitidas por cualquier banco. Te recomendamos que te comuniques con tu banco con anticipación para asegurarte de que tu tarjeta se pueda utilizar para pagos electrónicos.

 

¿Por qué se rechaza tu solicitud de autorización?

  • Fondos insuficientes en tu tarjeta.
  • El emisor de tu tarjeta o el banco no han permitido las transacciones por Internet.
  • Se agotó el tiempo de espera de la solicitud del servidor.
  • Entrada de datos incorrecta, etc.
  • Incorrect data input, etc.

Según los motivos de la denegación de la autorización, puedes:

  • Ponte en contacto con tu banco.
  • Si tu banco no puede resolver el problema, puedes intentar realizar el pago con una tarjeta emitida por otro banco.

 

Getting access to the course and after the course

  1. After you have made a payment you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail and notification that you have been enrolled in the course. We also recommend you to save the received payment confirmation e-mail.
  2. You will get access to all the materials on the very first day of the course mentioned in the schedule.
  3. All the materials of the course will be available for 14 weeks starting from the first day of the course. After this period the access will be cancelled.
  4. You will receive an e-mail notification the week before the course finishes.

 

Terms and conditions of payment returns

Terms and conditions of payment returns are defined in details in Public Contract. Here we outline the most important ones.

  • The Customer has the right for refund of money paid to the Contractor as an advance payment for the receipt of services under Public Contract, in the event of not provision of services hereunder.
  • The refund is made only after the completion of the course, namely, in the event of completion of 100% of assignments.
  • The refund is made only if the Customer has met all the requirements and terms and conditions of the Contractor for receiving of services and hasn’t achieved the expected result.
  • The Contractor reserves the right to decline a request of the Customer for refund.
  • The application of the Customer is considered by the Contractor within 10 (ten) working days as of the date of the receipt of the refund request from the Customer per e-mail address of the Contractor — d@lima.monster
  • The refund is made only after the completion of the course by the Customer.
  • The Contractor reserves the right to implement changes in the terms and conditions of the agreement concerning refund terms and conditions at his/her own discretion.
  • Money is refunded to the card of the Customer if the refund request is accepted.
  • Money is refunded to the card you paid with within 30 (thirty) days depending on the card issuing bank involved.
