Delayed Presentment

You as the cardholder agree to a properly disclosed delayed delivery of the books. It means that a debit transaction would be presented before the books are shipped. At the time of the transaction, you as the cardholder agree to a properly disclosed delayed delivery of the books.

We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

Once your order is proceed and shipped we cannot do REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping times

Shipping times can take from a few days to a few months.

After you have made an order, you won’t be able to change the shipping address

After you have made an order and made a payment, we cannot change the shipping address. If you notice that you have made a mistake and (or) want to change the address you would like to receive your book at, it will entail recalculation of the shipping costs, and you will be charged additionally. The book shipping process is automated. The issues connected with mistakes or unforseen circumstances are solved manually and individually. It may take up to 5 working days to resolve your request. Before placing an order and making a payment, please make sure you have entered the correct address.
